EXHIBIT BOOTH SPECS

You will be provided with 10’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth

 

Includes:

• Pipe and drape booth space

• 7” x 44” ID sign

• 6’ table skirted black

• 2 side chairs

• 1 wastebasket

​You can set up signage, demos, and displays in your space. Please restrict your materials to your booth area. Electric wall sockets are not guaranteed. You are responsible for any additional furnishings and utilities for the booth (see below). 

 

MATERIALS SHIPPING AND BOOTH FURNISHING RENTALS

• Materials Shipping:

  • If you would like materials shipped, stored, and delivered directly to your booth you must use the Innovative Expo portal. You are responsible for the cost of this service. Please contact Innovative Expo directly with any questions about shipping or material handling and to access the Innovative Expo portal.

• Booth Furnishing Rentals:

  • If you would like additional booth furnishing rentals, outside of what is included above under 'Exhibit Booth Specs,' please contact Innovative Expo.

STATIC VEHICLE DISPLAY LOGISTICS

 

1. Exhibitors displaying electric vehicles should arrive at the Town & Country Resort – Golden State Ballroom loading dock at the specified move-in time for Vehicles.  The site is located at 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA  92108.
    

2. Vehicles will arrive Monday, September 25th between 8am - 12pm. Below is our preferred arrival times per vehicle.

3. Please contact service@innovativeexpo.com if you need to change your arrival time, they will do their best to accomodate. Innovative’s freight team will be on hand for vehicle spotting and getting you into the correct booth location on the exhibit floor.

4. Batteries in electric vehicles shall be rendered inoperable by the removal of fuses or other approved methods to prevent the vehicle from either accidentally or intentionally being moved while on display.
    

5. No vehicle charging shall take place in the exhibit hall.  All necessary charging must take place in the loading dock area or other suitable location outside the exhibit hall. Please make arrangements for any electrical/power needs with Edlen Electrical.
