Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Conference registration can be transferred to another participant at any time with no additional charge. Please contact rae@cte.tv to transfer your registration.
     

  • Registrants canceling 7 or fewer days before the event start date will not receive a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual at any time.
     

  • Registrants canceling greater than 7 days before the event start date will incur a $50 cancellation fee deducted from their refund to cover credit card and other associated fees.
     

  • In the event CTE must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances (see below), CTE will refund the cost of registration. However, CTE does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges incurred, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
     

  • If a registrant can no longer attend in-person due to personally testing positive for COVID-19 or due to state and/or institutional travel bans they will receive a full refund. 

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents CTE from holding the Zero Emission Bus Conference. Examples include, natural disasters, technology challenges, COVID-19 shut downs, etc. For questions please contact rae@cte.tv

COVID-19 Protocol

ZEB Con takes the safety of its attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners very seriously. As the situation with COVID-19 is changing daily, we are closely monitoring the response by healthcare and government officials to ensure the protection of all.

Based on current state and CDC guidance, COVID vaccination and negative tests are not required, however, it is highly recommended that all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and staff, are vaccinated or test negative no more than 72 hours prior to arrival to ZEB Con in Anaheim. In addition, face coverings are recommended (but not required) for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff.

Anyone traveling to the event should read and abide by the CDC’s Travel Guidelines for domestic and international travel. In addition, please respect fellow attendees and do everything possible to ensure an environment that is as safe as possible.

Do Not Attend

Individuals should not attend if they are positive for COVID-19, are exhibiting symptoms (as defined by the CDC), or have known exposure in the 14 days prior to ZEB Con.
