Refund and Cancellation Policy
Conference registration can be transferred to another participant at any time with no additional charge.
Registrants cancelling 7 or fewer days before the event start date will not receive a refund.
Registrants cancelling greater than 7 days before the event start date will incur a $50 cancellation fee deducted from their refund to cover credit card and other associated fees.
In the event CTE must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, CTE will refund the cost of registration. However, CTE does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges incurred, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
